I am trained in a variety of techniques, which include hot stone therapy, swedish, sports, deep tissue, and pregnancy massage. Neuromuscular, trigger-point therapy, and acupressure. Stretching: AIS, PNF, passive movements, basic orthopedic, muscle testing, stress reduction. Chair massage for events, businesses, or health and wellness promotion.
